All of our holiday properties have self check-in's , consisting of a Keysafe Box on each decking gate.

You will be sent check-in details a few days beforehand which will show directions to find your caravan/Lodge on site and what the keysafe code is.

Please return the key in its keysafe box whenever you leave the property to save losing it as a £25.00 charge is payable for a replacement key, and scramble the code.

Hoburne Parks:

Only owners can order guest passes - they cost £25.00 for a day pass or £50.00 for a weeks pass which includes up to 6 persons. 

Once ordered, they will be waiting in reception for you to collect upon your arrival.

Oakdene Forest Park and Shorefields Country Park:

We, as owners, are able to offer passes at a fraction of the price compared to buying them direct with each Park.

Typically, we can offer a weekend pass for £40.00 compared to £110.00 if bought direct or for a week's pass £75.00 compared to £210.00 if purchased direct.

The passes are sent electronically so please keep your phone with you to show at each activity.

All passes just require between 24-48 hours notice ( depending on season) to enable us to order them.

Our Lodge on Shorefield's Country Park has 2 private parking spaces directly outside.

Our caravan on Oakdene Forest Park have 2 private parking spaces directly outside.

All 4 caravans on Hoburne Park have plenty of parking spaces either adjacent or nearby.

Minimum 2 night stay is required.

Check in is from 3pm and check out is 10am.

All bedlinen and towels ( except Beach towels), oven gloves and tea towels are provided.

Each holiday home is fully cleaned and sanitised in between each guest stay.

Starter pack is provided which includes loo rolls, bin liner, washing up liquid/sponge/cloth and cleaning products

Due to the nature of the parks, we cannot accept any STAG/HEN Group bookings

A £75.00 refundable damage deposit is added to each booking and returned within 72 hours if no damage.

Deposit payable is £100.00 to secure your dates, then balance is due 4 weeks beforehand.

Once full payment has been received, your check in details, directions, keysafe code and passes ( if ordered) will be sent to you a few days beforehand.
